REALITY ? is one piece of a big puzzle.
It constitutes one of the numerous parts of a bigger research project called
“ Reëel Onderzoek “ ( Real Research )
As the title indicates, this project is about researching around/about the notion of reality .
This research project is subsidized by the V.G.C. (Flemish Community of Brussels, Belgium) and will last until July 2010 in collaboration with three different workspaces : WorkSpaceBrussels, Pianofabriek and Bains Connective
REALITY ? is the most public part as it functions as a kind of survey. A survey about/around reality experimenting different types of questioning.
A POLY-SURVEY.
REALITY ? is located in a room/office in Zennestraat 17 and will appear in unexpected places during Working Title Festival in Brussels in December 2009.
REALITY ? will blog images, texts and videos here on Tumblr about the un-graspable nature of reality and the endless parallax points of view on the issue. This blog will function as a huddle for the project.
REALITY ? plans as well to be visible live on screens proposing lists of questions in loops producing meta questions about the question of reality.
They willl be posted on Vimeo and on this blog.
REALITY ? will be as well on Twitter asking questions about questions about reality. (clicking on any image of this blog will send you directly to Twitter)
REALITY ? finally, will be also a meeting place for encounters between real people for different conversations and interviews.
REALITY ? is not a show and neither a performance, but displays experimental practices and will emphasize communication and feedbacks with the audience/participants.
REALITY ? is a project developed by Pierre Rubio in collaboration with Gaétan Bulourde and Leentje Vandenbussche, three artists living and working in Belgium.
